These dogbone motor mount inserts greatly improve engine movement, shifting feel, and combat wheel hop. They are manufactured by Black Forest Industries and will work on any VW MKIV or Audi TT.
We highly recommend these inserts for use with any of our 3" exhaust products. The stock inserts are very sloppy and cause excessive engine movement. This results in the exhaust shaking and rattling.
Stage 1 inserts, though stiffer than stock, are the softest polyurethane replacements on the market. They are suitable for the enthusiast who wants to reduce engine movement, but doesn't want to feel every RPM. If you are unsure which insert to purchase, stage 1 is most likely your best bet. |
