New Tools Arrive For New Product Development
Pictured above is a set of hardened press brake dies capable of bending metals as thick as 1/4" to 85°. Once installed on our 100 ton press, we will be able to accurately bend the material we've chosen for our latest project. Bend accuracy is important, especially for this project. If you've ever installed a skid plate that fits like garbage, stay tuned for a precision take on oil pan protection.
That's a quarter laying on the male die... Combined, the set weighs in at 225 pounds. Massive!
