In Progress: O2 Sensor Spacers
We've spent the bulk of the week machining our O2 Sensor Spacers on one of our CNC mills. This is a decent batch for us and it's been fun to watch them line up. What you're looking at is 447 O2 spacer blocks with the first machining cycle (of 4) complete. Tomorrow we machine the opposite side and start drilling holes!
Next time I'll try to get some shots of the actual machining process, hopefully without giving away any secrets.

FYI - Today we started the final drill / tap operations on this batch. We will have the entire batch out to plating this week and we will most likely receive them back from plating late next week.

Machining of this batch is complete! I was too busy with H20 preparations to take any more photos, but at least the batch is done. The guys welded a small batch and we shipped them out to our plating shop yesterday. This batch should be back in about a week and will take care of all existing backorders and leave us some stock.
