High intensity push & turn style LEDs are used when standard push & turn LEDs aren't enough. Tested to produce twice the brightness as standard LEDs, our high intensity LEDs are truely intense. How intense? These LEDs are bright enough to trigger an auto-darkening welding helmet. We DO NOT recommend looking directly into a lit high intensity LED. Doing so will leave you seeing spots for 20 minutes. Check out the comparison picture above! (blue LED)

High Intensity push & turn style LED fitment is nearly identical to our standard push & turn style LEDs. These LEDs are slightly larger in diameter and shorter in length, but still fit in all locations where our standard push & turn LEDs fit. Any application that requires a push & turn style LED will fit a high intensity push & turn style LED. BA9S vs. BAx9S differences still apply.
