Description

High intensity 42mm fuse style LEDs are used when standard fuse style LEDs aren't enough. Tested to produce twice the brightness as standard LEDs, our high intensity LEDs are truely intense. How intense? These LEDs are bright enough to trigger an auto-darkening welding helmet. We DO NOT recommend looking directly into a lit high intensity LED. Doing so will leave you seeing spots for 20 minutes. Check out the comparison picture above! (white LED)

Fitment of our high intensity fuse style LEDs is not as simple as the standard fuse style. By packing nine 5mm LEDs into a custom lens and housing we are able to provide twice the brightness, but the slim round profile is lost. These LEDs are significantly larger in size than our standard fuse style LED and may not fit in all locations. We have installed these in popular locations and also provide measurements below. Please check our application guide or measure your specific light before ordering!

These LEDs do not fit many common applications due to physical size. Please reference our application guide before ordering.
We do not recommend the use of these LEDs on the following vehicles: Mk5-Mk6 VWs, B6+ VW Passat, B6+ Audi due to interference with the comfort control module.
